Shipping & Returns

We stand by our products. Our sizing is true-to-fit & we make sure the finish is right on everything we send out the door. If, however something isn’t right reach out and we’ll always try to get things sorted.

If an item is faulty from the factory, we’ve got you - let us know as soon as you find the fault and contact us with your order number, photos and a description at store@scumbagcrew.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

All return items will be inspected by us and we will determine what course of action will be taken from there - either a replacement or refund will be offered if the item is found to be faulty.

Sizing

We also understand that we don’t have a physical store. While you might come and try on some gear at an event, when you buy online it’s sometimes hard to tell. Most of our unisex gear is in regular men’s sizing unless stated otherwise. Women’s specific clothing is in a regular women’s size and will be listed as “women’s”. Pretty straightforward. If you do happen to purchase something that doesn’t fit we will replace the garment with one that’s right providing;

  • The garment is in new, unworn condition

  • The item was purchased at full price

  • We cannot accept returns for gift cards or change of mind

Postage

We aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We usually ship our goods within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & VIC public holidays) however with “presale” events this is often not possible because we are either waiting on stock to arrive or we’re busily printing the garments for you. Yep, we really do print in-house to ensure the best turnaround times and highest quality.
